Corrections and feedback

If something here is wrong, out of date or missing, telling us is genuinely useful — content that misleads a family at a hard moment does real damage.

We don't have a published contact address yet

We would rather say that plainly than print an email address or phone number that nobody is monitoring. A contact route and a corrections form will be added, and until then nothing on this page pretends to reach us.

What we'd want to hear about

  • A scheme name, rule or process description that is out of date.
  • A local office, contact detail or region that is wrong for your county.
  • A link that is broken or now points somewhere unhelpful.
  • Something you needed and couldn't find anywhere on the site.
  • Wording that felt cold, confusing or alarming when you were already worried.

What we can't do

We can't check the status of an application, chase a referral, arrange care, or tell you whether a particular person will be approved for a scheme. Only the body running the scheme can do those things. Your plan includes the questions worth asking them.

Please don't send personal or health details

When contact is open, keep messages free of PPS numbers, medical records and dates of birth. We don't need them, and we don't want to hold them.
