The question asked for county figures, but the HSE appendix gives health-region figures, headed 'Total Number of Service Users Waiting on a Carer as at 30th April 2026 by Health Region'. The HSE states it does not currently collate waiting times, that no people were waiting on funding to be allocated at that date, and that the data is preliminary and subject to change.

Official response dated 25 February 2026. The table labels its current row 18 February 2026, while the preceding sentence says 11 February; CareMap preserves the table date and records the discrepancy. Historical 2023–2025 queue values repeat PQ 10584-26 exactly.

Official response dated 20 February 2026. It reports annual Louth new-service and additional-service queues for 2022–2025. The response gives years, not exact snapshot days, so CareMap keeps year precision.

The HSE explicitly states that CHO-level activity was no longer available and supplies Health Region figures as at 31 October 2025 instead. CareMap does not create a CHO crosswalk or relabel these figures.

Official response dated 24 November 2025. It reports separate new-service and additional-service queues at 19 November 2025 and explicitly says average waiting-time data is not routinely collected or maintained.

Official response dated 11 November 2025. It reports an explicit Kerry total and six Home Support Resource Manager areas as at end October 2025. It gives no duration-band table; it only says current waits may be up to 30 weeks depending on local staffing.

Official response dated 10 March 2026. The response discusses recruitment and staffing but supplies no Donegal waiting-list count, queue split, waiting-time measure or waiting-duration table. CareMap therefore creates no waiting observation from it.

Official response dated 17 November 2025. Appendix 1 gives the number of service users waiting on a carer at 30 September 2025 for the national total, each Health Region and each Integrated Healthcare Area. Several Dublin IHA rows print a dash rather than a number, so CareMap stores no figure for those areas. Some IHAs combine counties; CareMap never splits them.

Official response dated 29 December 2025, signed by the General Manager for Older Person's Services, IHA Waterford and Wexford. It gives Waterford new-service and additional-hours queues at December 2022, December 2023, December 2024 and November 2025, and states the figures are cumulative rather than month-specific.

Official response dated 11 November 2025: 890 clients waitlisted for home support in Cork city and county at the end of October 2025, of whom 543 were awaiting a new service and 347 existing clients were awaiting additional hours.

Official response dated 28 May 2026: at the end of April 2026, 502 people were awaiting a new home support service in County Cork and 259 existing clients were awaiting additional hours, with 6,173 people in receipt of a service. No combined total is printed.

Official response dated 25 February 2026 covering PQs 11400/26, 11401/26, 11403/26, 11404/26 and 11407/26. It gives month-end totals of clients waiting for a new or additional service in Cork city and county for every month from January 2024 to December 2025, broken down by Cork Local Health Office area, and states that no people were waiting on funding during the period. It also gives the number of existing clients awaiting additional hours at the end of 2023 and at the end of December 2025. HSE explains that the data is supplied by Cork LHOs because waiting-list data was not collated by Community Healthcare Network area during the period.

Official response dated 18 June 2026 giving County Mayo as the current position: 34 waiting for a new service, 111 waiting for additional service, 145 in total. The reply gives no snapshot day, so CareMap records the month of the response.

Official response dated 20 July 2026 giving separate County Roscommon and County Galway figures for new clients waiting, existing clients waiting for additional service, and approved hours not delivered for each group. It gives no snapshot day, so CareMap records the month of the response and prints no combined total.

Official response dated 27 March 2026. It gives Galway and Roscommon separately, but only as counts inside waiting-duration bands (0-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12 and over 12 months) with no printed totals. CareMap does not add band counts together to create a total, so no observation is stored from this reply; it is kept as corroborating context that both counties are reported separately.

Official response dated 25 March 2026. It reports hours delivered by HSE-contracted private providers and the number of clients served in February (Galway 71,816 hours to 2,683 clients; Roscommon 16,582 hours to 695 clients). These are delivery figures, not waiting-list figures, so CareMap stores no waiting observation from this reply.
